NOTICE :

Items are handmade to order and as such may vary from photographs shown on the website.

DELIVERY

Items are posted priority shipment with the Portuguese postal service CTT.

• UK and Europe shipments generally arrive within 6 to 7 days.

• US and Australia shipments usually arrive within 14 days.

I cannot be held responsible for any customs fees your country may apply or any delays in shipping due to customs or the postal service as obviously this is outside of my control .In the case of an item being damaged in the post please notify me immediately with photos.

REFUND POLICY

I cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds from 48 hours of a purchase being made on any items that are made to order. Please check items on arrival. If there is a problem please contact me immediately. Most problems can be resolved through communication. Defective or damaged products may be returned for free replacement within 28 days from the date of shipment. Items that were sold as in stock items may be returned providing they are undamaged, I am notified within 3 days of receipt and the item is returned within 7 days of receipt, postage costs to be paid by the customer.
